What youâll do
Own the full sales cycle across the Nordic region â from first touch to signed deal
Build and drive your own pipeline (this is not an âinbound-onlyâ role)
Lead complex, high-value deals with mid-market and enterprise customers
Work directly with leadership to shape our sales strategy and GTM motion
Turn insights from the market into product and commercial improvements
Who you are
You have a strong track record in B2B sales (SaaS / FinTech preferred)
Youâre comfortable running complex deals with multiple stakeholders
You donât wait for structure â you create it
You think like an owner and act like one
Youâre highly driven, but also pragmatic and collaborative
You communicate fluently in English (Nordic language is a plus)
â Experience from the insurance industry is a strong plus
